Welcome back to Indoor Volleyball! Our league has expanded and we are looking forward to another great year. This league exists to provide fun, fitness and friendships.

Please see some of our league guidelines so that we can operate effectively.

1. Have fun.

2. The 6:30 teams need to come early to set up the volleyball nets. The 8:30 teams must take the nets down.

3. Each team plays three sets of games per time slot. All games go to 25 points. (see schedule)

4. Start games on time is a must.

5. Please text Ted (613-222-8348) how many games you win each Tuesday night. (1 game, 2 games or 3 games)

6. A minimum of two female needs to be on the court. You can play with one female but that means you can only have five players on the court.  Teams can borrow players.

7. A team can play with four players.

8. During the regular season, a team can borrow two players. Play-offs (max one guy and one girl)

9. Each team will need to supply their own volleyball.

10. If there is a discrepancy on the court, please re-serve. No need to argue because sometimes people see a play different than others.
